Min Huda al-Quran Exegesis

In this Quran exegesis, a series of verses are first mentioned and after pointing out the overall message of the verses, each part of each verse is discussed. Each part has been given a title and features a subject. The author focuses on the reflective and rational aspects of interpretation.

Using the divine verses, this exegesis makes references to social and educational facts. The special method of reflection used in this exegesis is considerable and with this method, the author analyzes how to interact with social conditions. He also tries to avoid complex issues that are not the need of the Islamic movement’s conditions. This is among the points that distinguishes this exegesis from others.

On the whole, there is a special and innovative method seen in the book’s writing. The contents are provided in a simple, easy to understand, orderly and interesting way. The author does not refer to the views of other interpreters.

Among other features of this interpretation is the use of psychological analysis in discussing educational aspects of the verses. Also, the author tries to link the content of the verses to today’s realities and the cultural, social, and political conditions of the Islamic Ummah.

This exegesis focuses on explaining the concepts of the verses and discussing their objectives and their healings for society’s ills. In this exegesis, the contents are provided in a categorized way and technical and academic discussions mentioned in traditional interpretations have been largely avoided. The objective of the author, even when he mentions Hadiths, is explaining the Quran’s educational and moral method for understanding the verses.
